1. What Name is

Name is an interface to flap.sh on BNB Chain. Using the interface to launch a token means you are the deployer of that token, and the tax split is written into a Flap vault in the same transaction.

2. Your launch

You choose the name, the image URL, the description, and the payout address. You are responsible for those choices. Naming a person does not give Name the right to speak for them.

3. The split

New launches pay 90% of the Flap tax to the payout wallet and 10% to the treasury. That split is fixed when the token is created. Flap also charges its own protocol fee, which is not part of the 90/10.

4. No warranty

Contracts and the index are provided as is. Nodes fail, prices move, and a graduated pool is not this interface. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.
